feat(tabbar): 启用首页和关于页面的徽章显示并更新注释

更新自定义标签栏配置，启用首页的圆点徽章和关于页面的数字徽章
同时完善了其他图标类型的注释说明，包括uiLib、iconfont和image类型的使用示例
